Corrective Services Clause Samples

The Corrective Services clause outlines the obligations and procedures for addressing and rectifying deficiencies or non-conformities in services provided under the agreement. Typically, this clause requires the service provider to promptly correct any identified issues at their own expense and may specify timelines, standards, or methods for remediation. By establishing clear expectations for corrective action, the clause ensures service quality is maintained and provides a mechanism for resolving problems efficiently, thereby protecting the interests of the client and maintaining contractual standards.
Corrective Services. MMI reserves the right to Invoice Client $200.00 USD per hour for any corrective services Client requests. Corrective Services are typically services needed by Client from MMI to correct a mistake made by Client’s Authorized Users, which cannot be corrected by Client through the User Interface. Requests must be received by MMI in writing from an Administrative User listed on the Exhibit A, or higher authority. A one-hour minimum will be charged for Corrective Services performed by MMI, which do not require travel. Corrective Services which requires MMI to travel will be billed at $200.00 USD per hour, with an eight (8) hour minimum charge, plus all costs and expenses.
Corrective Services. Should the Customer report that the Equipment is not in working order, SECOM Smart will provide technical appointment to resolve the issue.
