CORRECT ADVERTISING COPY. The Lessee agrees that all advertising-newspaper, radio, television, posters, heralds, flyers, brochures, etc.-will contain the true and correct names of the Lessee and of the presenting agency or organization (abbreviations are not acceptable), and the correct name of the facility and facility owner. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is solely liable and agrees to hold NBCC harmless for any errors or omissions in advertising.
