Corporation on Notice. The Corporation acknowledges the terms of this Agreement and agrees not to permit or facilitate any act or omission within its reasonable control which would be contrary to the terms of this Agreement. The Corporation agrees that it will act in accordance with this Agreement, and the Corporation will advise the chairperson of any meeting of shareholders of the Corporation of the provisions of this Agreement.
