CORPORATION LIABILITIES. The Corporation shall assume responsibility under the Welfare Plans it adopts for Media Information Employees for employer Liabilities arising on and after the Effective Date, including such Liabilities relating to actions or omissions of or by the Corporation or any officer, director, employee or agent of the Corporation, or fiduciary or agent of such Welfare Plan, with respect to the following persons:
