Common use of Corporate Status of Common Stock to be Issued Clause in Contracts

Corporate Status of Common Stock to be Issued. All Common Stock (or other securities in the event of an adjustment of the Conversion Price) which may be issued upon the conversion of this Note shall, upon issuance, be fully paid and nonassessable.

Corporate Status of Common Stock to be Issued. All Common Stock (or other securities in the event of an adjustment of the Conversion Price) which may be issued upon the conversion of this Note Debenture shall, upon issuance, be duly authorized, validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable.
