Corporate Proceedings Satisfactory. All corporate and other proceedings to be taken by Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incident thereto will be satisfactory in form and substance to Bridgeline and its counsel, and Bridgeline and its counsel will have received all such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents and other closing documents as they reasonably may request.
Corporate Proceedings Satisfactory. All corporate proceedings taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and all other agreements, documents and instruments executed or delivered pursuant to it, and all legal matters incident thereto, shall be satisfactory to the Agent.
