Other Closing Documents. Buyer shall have received such other duly executed certificates, instruments and documents in confirmation of the representations and warranties of the Company or the Members or in furtherance of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as Buyer or its counsel may reasonably request.
Other Closing Documents. The Seller shall have delivered to the Purchaser on or prior to the Closing such other documents as the Purchaser may reasonably request in order to enable the Purchaser to determine whether the conditions to its obligations under this Agreement have been met and otherwise to carry out the provisions of this Agreement.

Other Closing Documents. The Purchaser shall have delivered to the Seller at or prior to the Closing such other documents, including, without limitation, an Investors Questionnaire, as the Seller may reasonably request in order to enable the Seller to determine whether the conditions to its obligations under this Agreement have been met and otherwise to carry out the provisions of this Agreement.
Other Closing Documents. Xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx shall have delivered to the Parent and the Merger-Sub at or prior to the Closing Date such other documents as the Parent and the Merger-Sub may reasonably request in order to enable the Parent and the Merger-Sub to determine whether the conditions to their obligations under this Agreement have been met and otherwise to carry out the provisions of this Agreement.
Other Closing Documents. The Company shall have executed and/or delivered to Acquiror such additional documents, certificates, opinions and agreements as Acquiror may reasonably request.
Other Closing Documents. The parties will also execute such other documents and perform such other acts, before and after the Closing Date, as may be necessary for the implementation and consummation of this Agreement.

The Sellers shall have received such other certificates, instruments and documents in confirmation of the representations and warranties of the Buyer and Parent or in furtherance of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as the Sellers, the Executive Shareholders or their counsel may reasonably request, including, without limitation, the Management Agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Executive Shareholders. Other Closing Documents. The Company and the Company Stockholders shall have executed and delivered to Acquiror such additional documents, certificates, opinions and Agreements as Acquiror may reasonably request.
