Common use of Corporate Citizenship Clause in Contracts

Corporate Citizenship. Novartis gives preference to parties who share Novartis’ societal and environmental values as set forth in the “Novartis Third Party Code of Conduct” which is attached as Exhibit D.

Novartis gives preference to parties Third Parties who share Novartis’ societal and environmental values values, as set forth in the “Novartis Third Party Code Policy on Corporate Citizenship and Novartis Corporate Citizenship Guideline #5, both of Conduct” which is are attached as Exhibit D.E and incorporated herein by reference. Accordingly, Company represents and warrants that this Agreement will be performed in material compliance with all applicable Laws and regulations, including, without limitation, Laws and regulations relating to health, safety and the environment, fair labor practices and unlawful discrimination.
