Core Package Sample Clauses
The Core Package clause defines the essential set of products, services, or deliverables that form the foundation of an agreement. It typically lists the baseline items or features included in the standard offering, specifying what the client or customer will receive without additional customization or upgrades. For example, in a software contract, the core package might include basic user licenses, standard support, and initial setup. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what is included as standard, preventing misunderstandings and disputes over what is covered by the base agreement.
