Common use of Copy of Transfer Certificate or Increase Confirmation to Borrower Clause in Contracts

Copy of Transfer Certificate or Increase Confirmation to Borrower. The Agent shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after it has executed a Transfer Certificate or Increase Confirmation and any other document required under clause 32.2.3, send a copy of that Transfer Certificate or Increase Confirmation and such documents to the Borrower.
