Copies to Advisors. (a) The receipt of copies of Notices by the Parties’ advisors shall not constitute or substitute the receipt of such Notices by the Parties themselves.

Copies to Advisors. The receipt of copies of Notices by the Parties’ advisors shall not constitute or substitute the receipt of such Notices by the Parties themselves. Any Notice shall be deemed received by a Party regardless of whether any copy of such Notice has been sent to or received by an advisor of such Party or the acting notary, irrespective of whether the delivery of such copy was mandated by this Agreement.
Copies to Advisors. 17.7.1 The receipt of copies of Notices hereunder by the Parties’ or the Sellers’ Representative’s or the Purchaser’s Guarantor’s advisors shall not constitute or substitute the receipt of such communication by the Parties or the Sellers’ Representative or the Purchaser’s Guarantor themselves, irrespective of whether the delivery of such copy was mandated by this Agreement.
