The Trust will furnish you promptly with copies of any registration statements filed by it with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “1933 Act”), and the 1940 Act, together with any financial statements and exhibits included therein, and all amendments or supplements thereto hereafter filed.
