Common use of Copies of Shareholder Information Clause in Contracts

Copies of Shareholder Information. MEC will send to Holders all proxy materials (including notices of MEC Meetings, but excluding proxies to vote MEC Class A Shares), information statements, reports (including without limitation, all interim and annual financial statements) and other written communications that, in each case, are to be distributed from time to time to holders of MEC Class A Shares at the same time as such materials are first sent to holders of MEC Class A Shares.
