Common use of Copies of Environmental Documents Clause in Contracts

Copies of Environmental Documents. Tenant shall deliver promptly to Landlord a true and complete copy of any correspondence, notice, report, sampling, test, finding, declaration, submission, order, complaint, citation or any other instrument, document, agreement and/or information submitted to, or received from, any governmental entity, department or agency in connection with any Environmental Law relating to or affecting the Premises.
