COPE CHECKOFF. The Employer will deduct from an employee’s pay for the union’s COPE, CAPE or other special deduction fund, provided the Union has furnished the Employer with the voluntarily signed authorizations. The amount deducted shall be transmitted to the union monthly.
COPE CHECKOFF. If an employee voluntarily signs a checkoff form for SEIU, Local 1021's Committee on Political Education (COPE), on a form developed and provided by the Union, the amount designated by the employee shall be deducted from his/her paycheck and transmitted to Local 1021 COPE. It is expressly understood that this voluntary contribution is not a condition of employment.
COPE CHECKOFF. Upon receipt of a proper written individual authorization from an employee, either directly or through the Union, the Township will deduct from the wages of the employee such sum, as the employee shall authorize as voluntary contribution for candidates for elected public office to the Union’s Committee on Political Education Fund. Such deductions shall be made each pay period and shall be paid over by the Township to the Union’s TWU-COPE Fund at the same time as the Union dues.
COPE CHECKOFF. The Employer agrees to deduct and transmit to SEIU Local 1, on a monthly basis, contributions to SEIU COPE deducted from the wages of employees who voluntarily authorize such deductions on the forms provided for that purpose by the Union. These transmittals shall be accompanied by the list of the names of those employees for whom such deductions have been made and the amount deducted for each employee.
COPE CHECKOFF. Cope Deduction. The Employer agrees to deduct and transmit to SEIU Local 1, on a monthly basis, contributions to SEIU COPE deducted from the wages of employees who voluntarily authorize such deductions on the forms provided for that purpose by the Union. These transmittals shall be made based on a monthly invoice received from the Union which shall contain the names of the Employees and the amount to be deducted from the Employees’ wages who are participating in the voluntary COPE deduction program. No fees, penalties or late charges may be assessed without written notice from the Union.
