COPE CHECKOFF. The Employer will deduct from an employee’s pay for the union’s COPE, CAPE or other special deduction fund, provided the Union has furnished the Employer with the voluntarily signed authorizations. The amount deducted shall be transmitted to the union monthly.

COPE CHECKOFF. If an employee voluntarily signs a checkoff form for SEIU, Local 1021's Committee on Political Education (COPE), on a form developed and provided by the Union, the amount designated by the employee shall be deducted from his/her paycheck and transmitted to Local 1021 COPE. It is expressly understood that this voluntary contribution is not a condition of employment.
COPE CHECKOFF. Upon receipt of a proper written individual authorization from an employee, either directly or through the Union, the Township will deduct from the wages of the employee such sum, as the employee shall authorize as voluntary contribution for candidates for elected public office to the Union’s Committee on Political Education Fund. Such deductions shall be made each pay period and shall be paid over by the Township to the Union’s TWU-COPE Fund at the same time as the Union dues.
COPE CHECKOFF. The Employer agrees to deduct and transmit to SEIU Local 1, on a monthly basis, contributions to SEIU COPE deducted from the wages of employees who voluntarily authorize such deductions on the forms provided for that purpose by the Union. These transmittals shall be accompanied by a list of the names of those employees for whom such deductions have been made and the amount deducted for each employee.

  • Checkoff The Employer shall deduct the bi-weekly membership dues from the earnings of those employees who authorize such deductions in writing. The Union shall submit such authorizations and certify the amounts to be deducted at least seven (7) days prior to the end of the payroll period for which the deductions are to be effective and the deductions shall continue in effect until canceled by the employee through the Union.   • Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including:

  • Contract Closeout ‌ Prior to the contract’s expiration date, Supplier may be provided contract close out documentation and shall complete, sign and return to VITA Supply Chain Management within 30 days of receipt. This documentation may include, but not be limited to: Patent/Royalty Certificate, Tangible Property/Asset Certificate, Escrow Certificate, SWaM Subcontracting Certification of Compliance, Sales Reports/IFA Payments Completion Certificate, and Final Payment Certificate. Supplier is required to process these as requested to ensure completion of close-out administration and to maintain a positive performance reputation with the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any closeout documentation not received within 30 days of Supplier’s receipt of the Commonwealth's request will be documented in the contract file as Supplier non-compliance. Supplier’s non-compliance may affect any pending payments due the Supplier, including final payment, until the documentation is returned.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.
