Coordination with Utility Clause Samples

The Coordination with Utility clause establishes the requirement for parties to work collaboratively with utility companies during a project or transaction. This typically involves obtaining necessary approvals, scheduling work to align with utility timelines, and ensuring compliance with utility standards or procedures. By clearly outlining these responsibilities, the clause helps prevent delays, miscommunications, and potential conflicts with utility providers, thereby facilitating smoother project execution and regulatory compliance.
