Common use of Coordination with Plan Clause in Contracts

Coordination with Plan. The responsibilities of the Trustee shall be governed solely by the terms of this Trust Agreement. The Trustee shall discharge its duties and responsibilities in accordance with its rules and procedures. Alliant shall discharge its responsibilities and duties under the Trust Agreement in accordance with the Trust Agreement and shall have the exclusive authority, which may not be delegated, to: (a) amend this Trust Agreement and to terminate the Trust; (b) appoint or remove a Trustee or accept the resignation of a Trustee; and (c) appoint or remove an Investment Manager.
