Common use of COORDINATION OF SERVICE; CONFORMANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

COORDINATION OF SERVICE; CONFORMANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS. CONSULTANT agrees to work closely with CITY staff in the performance of the Work and this Agreement and shall be available to CITY staff and the CITY Representatives at all reasonable times. All work prepared by CONSULTANT shall be subject to inspection and approval by CITY Representatives or their designees.
