Coordination of Expansion or Modifications to UDC Facilities. Each UDC and the Participating TO with which it is interconnected shall coordinate in the planning and implementation of any expansion or modifications of a UDC's or Participating TO’s system that will affect their transmission interconnection, the ISO Controlled Grid or the transmission services to be required by the UDC. The Participating TO shall be responsible for coordinating with the ISO.
