Common use of Coordinated Cutovers Clause in Contracts

Coordinated Cutovers. 2.1 For LNP Coordinated Hot Cuts ("CHC"), either Party may request a desired due date and time. These will be considered coordinated orders. The New Service Provider must indicate a request for CHC on the LNP request form to request a coordinated order. The Old Service Provider will not apply a 10-digit trigger upon porting telephone numbers to New Service Provider's network. Charges for CHCs are listed in Appendix A. There are two types of coordination: 2.1.1 Any Time: Order to be worked anytime during the ▇▇▇▇▇ the due date but the Old Service Provider must notify the New Service Provider when completed.
