Cooperative Use. With Subscriber’s approval, the market research conducted by Subscriber during its selection process for the Cloud Services may be extended for use by other jurisdictions, municipalities, and government agencies of Subscriber’s state. Any such usage by other entities must be in accordance with ordinance, charter, and/or procurement rules and regulations of the respective political entity.
