Arkansas' Purchasing Law provides that local public procurement units (counties, municipalities, school districts, certain nonprofit corporations, etc.) may participate in state procurement contracts. Therefore, the contractor agrees to rent to Cooperative Procurement Program Participants. Unless otherwise stated, all standard and special terms and conditions listed within the Invitation for Bid must be equally applied to such participants.
