Common use of Cooperation With Company After Termination of Employment Clause in Contracts

Cooperation With Company After Termination of Employment. For a period of six (6) months following termination of the Employment Period for any reason, as such period may be extended with the consent of the Executive, the Executive shall fully cooperate with the Company in all matters relating to the winding up of pending work on behalf of the Company including, but not limited to, any litigation in which the Company is involved, and the orderly transfer of any such pending work to other executives of the Company as may be designated by the Company. The Executive shall be compensated for any time spent pursuant to this Section 5.3 at the specific request of the Company at a per diem amount based upon the Executive's Base Salary at the Date of Termination.
