Cooperation Overview. This cooperative education program operates under the leadership of the university’s Foreign Affairs Committee, with strengthened grassroots Party organization building as its institutional safeguard. The Party branch and college responsible for the Sino-Japanese cooperative program shall comply with the university’s two-tier management system, adhere to the institution’s overarching international strategy, policies, and decision-making arrangements, and implement all relevant university regulations. A coordinated mechanism among relevant functional departments shall ensure accountability in faculty management, quality assurance, and safeguarding student rights. The Chinese and Japanese partners shall jointly develop and implement the Clinical Engineering Technology curriculum, characterized by its interdisciplinary integration of medicine and engineering. Professional course instruction will be delivered collaboratively by faculty members from both nations.
Cooperation Overview. As a general matter, the Contractor is operating the Platform where potential customers may receive information on different providers, connect with the Company and book services. As soon as the Contractor has collected certain preliminary information about needs of the potential customers and as soon as the potential customers have indicated their interest in the Company’s services, the Contractor will hand over all such information relating to the potential customers to the Company. Direct services providing is exclusively governed by the customer agreements and the terms and conditions of the Company. The contracts and the terms and conditions of the Contractor do not apply to the contractual relationship between the Company and the customers. Similarly, the terms and conditions of the Company apply to all other services provided by the Company in its own name and not as an agent or a subcontractor of the Contractor.
