Common use of Cooperation of City Clause in Contracts

Cooperation of City. The City agrees to comply with all reasonable requests of Company and provide access to all documents reasonably necessary to the performance of Company’s duties under this Agreement. The City agrees to adopt, implement and enforce policies and procedures as may be necessary to assure City personnel perform the steps necessary to provide Company with a data base of inspection and/or permit businesses in a format acceptable to company and to perform the inspections in a full and complete manner to facilitate the provisions of Company Services.

Cooperation of City. The City agrees to comply with all reasonable requests of Company Consultant and provide access to all documents reasonably necessary to the performance of CompanyConsultant’s duties under this Agreement. The To the extent determined in the best public interest, in the sole discretion of City’s City agrees Council, City shall be responsible for initially insuring, and continuing to adoptreview, implement local and enforce policies and procedures as may be necessary state laws in City’s jurisdiction to assure City personnel perform adequate legal authority for Consultant to engage in the steps necessary to provide Company with a data base Services described herein on behalf of inspection and/or permit businesses in a format acceptable to company and to perform the inspections in a full and complete manner to facilitate the provisions of Company ServicesCity.
