Cooperation in the Fulfillment of the Conditions. The Promising Buyer and the Promising Sellers agree, in good faith, to cooperate with reasonable diligence and in a thorough, proactive and timely manner among themselves and with respect to third parties and Government Authorities, for the purposes of the full and prompt compliance of the conditions precedent set forth in this Clause.
