COOPERATION IN PREPARATION OF REGISTRATION STATEMENT. (a) The Shareholders and the Company shall furnish or cause to be furnished to Fenix all information concerning the Shareholders and the Company that may be reasonably required or requested for inclusion in the Registration Statement, and will cooperate with Fenix and the Underwriters in the preparation of the Registration Statement and the prospectus included in the Registration Statement.
