Common use of Cooperation and Standards Clause in Contracts

Cooperation and Standards. With respect to any and all scheduling requirements hereunder, (a) Seller shall cooperate with Buyer with respect to scheduling Net Output, and (b) each Party shall designate authorized representatives in Exhibit B to communicate with regard to scheduling and related matters arising hereunder. Each Party shall comply with the applicable variable resource standards and criteria of any applicable Electric System Authority.
