Common use of Conveyancing Clause in Contracts

Conveyancing. and Assumption Instruments shall mean, collectively, the various agreements, instruments and other documents to be or heretofore entered into to effect the Corporate Transactions or otherwise to effect the transfer of Assets and the assumption of Liabilities in the manner contemplated by this Agreement, the Ancillary Agreements and the Corporate Transactions, including a limited warranty deed in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
