Common use of Conveyances Clause in Contracts

Conveyances. Seller and Buyer shall execute, acknowledge and deliver two (2) counterpart copies of each of the Conveyances (substantially in the form set forth as Exhibit “D” attached hereto) to be filed in each respective County where the Assets are located, assigning and conveying the Assets to Buyer, as well as applicable governmental assignment forms.

Conveyances. Seller and Buyer shall execute, acknowledge and deliver two (2) counterpart copies of each of the Conveyances (substantially in the form set forth as Exhibit “D” attached hereto) to be filed in each respective County county where the Assets are located, assigning and conveying the Assets to Buyer, as well as applicable governmental assignment forms.

Conveyances. Seller Sellers and Buyer shall execute, acknowledge and deliver two (2) counterpart copies of each of the Conveyances (substantially in the form set forth as Exhibit “D” attached hereto) to be filed in each respective County where the Assets are located, assigning and conveying the Assets to Buyer, as well as applicable governmental assignment formsforms including all MMS Forms.

Conveyances. Seller and Buyer shall execute, acknowledge and deliver two (2) counterpart copies of each of the Conveyances (substantially in the form set forth as Exhibit “D” attached hereto) to be filed in each respective County where the Assets are located, assigning and conveying the Assets to Buyer, as well as applicable governmental assignment forms. The Conveyances shall convey title to the Assets with a “by, through and under” warranty of title.

Conveyances. Seller and Buyer shall execute, acknowledge and deliver two (2) counterpart copies of each of the Conveyances (substantially in the form set forth as Exhibit “D” attached heretoand Exhibit “D-1”, in sufficient counterparts for recording in all applicable counties) to be filed in each respective County county where the Assets are located, assigning and conveying the Assets to Buyer, as well as applicable governmental assignment forms.

Conveyances. Seller and Buyer shall execute, acknowledge and deliver two (2) counterpart copies of each of the Conveyances (substantially in the form set forth as Exhibit “D” attached hereto, in sufficient counterparts for recording in all applicable counties) to be filed in each respective County county where the Assets are located, assigning and conveying the Assets to Buyer, as well as applicable governmental assignment formsforms and any other conveyance instruments reasonably necessary to assign and convey the Assets to Buyer and effectively accomplish the transactions contemplated hereby.
