Conveyance Document. Purchasers shall have received the Conveyance Document, duly executed by Seller, for the valid transfer of the Shares to Purchasers under German law.
Conveyance Document. The conveyance of the Premises to Lessee or its designee shall be by a good and sufficient special warranty deed in form acceptable to Lessee conveying to Lessee or its designee good and marketable title to the Premises, subject only to the exceptions permitted under Paragraph 57.9.
