Conversions With Increases. Conversions that are increased in face amount at the time of conversion shall continue to be reinsured on a point-in-scale basis under this Agreement except for conversions into joint life products which shall not be reinsured under this Agreement provided, however, that in regard to conversions with increases in face amount the amount of the increase shall not be reinsured under this Agreement.
