Common use of Conversion Request Clause in Contracts

Conversion Request. A notice given by the Borrower to the Lender of the Borrower's election to convert or continue all or a portion of the Term Loan in accordance with Section 2.5.

Conversion Request. A notice given by the Borrower to the Lender Bank of the Borrower's election to convert or continue all or a portion of the Term Revolving Credit Loan in accordance with Section 2.52.7.
