Conversion Information. Ultimate Holdings shall use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly provide any information to any Lender, or any Calculation Agent for purposes of Section 18.9, that such Lender or Calculation Agent determines in good faith to be reasonably necessary to make any calculations under this Article XVIII.
