Common use of Conversion by the Partnership Clause in Contracts

Conversion by the Partnership. i. On and after September 30, 2017, if and when AH4R exercises its option to convert 5.000% Series A Participating Preferred Shares as provided in Section 11(a) of the Articles Supplementary, the Partnership will convert all (no partial conversions are permitted) of the 5.000% Series A Participating Preferred Units into Class A Units in the Partnership in accordance with this Section 9.

Conversion by the Partnership. i. On and after After September 30, 2017, if and when AH4R exercises its option to convert 5.000% Series A B Participating Preferred Shares as provided in Section 11(a) of the Articles Supplementary, the Partnership will convert all (no partial conversions are permitted) of the 5.000% Series A B Participating Preferred Units into Class A Units in the Partnership in accordance with this Section 9.

On and after September 30After March 31, 20172018, if and when AH4R exercises its option to convert 5.0005.500% Series A C Participating Preferred Shares as provided in Section 11(a) of the Articles Supplementary, the Partnership will convert all (no partial conversions are permitted) of the 5.0005.500% Series A C Participating Preferred Units into Class A Units in the Partnership in accordance with this Section 9.

On and after September 30After December 31, 2017, if and when AH4R exercises its option to convert 5.000% Series A B Participating Preferred Shares as provided in Section 11(a) of the Articles Supplementary, the Partnership will convert all (no partial conversions are permitted) of the 5.000% Series A B Participating Preferred Units into Class A Units in the Partnership in accordance with this Section 9.
