Conversation. A post-observation meeting between an Educator and Evaluator, where the Evaluator leads a coaching conversation with the Educator about what he/she observed and gives targeted and constructive feedback to the Educator. The expectation is that this is a chance for both parties to discuss their perspective of the observation period.
