Common use of Conventional Policy Clause in Contracts

Conventional Policy. As used herein, the term “Conventional Earthquake Policy” shall mean, for any given year, a policy of earthquake insurance that was then either customary or usual for owners of Comparable Buildings. Landlord shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to carry no earthquake insurance at all.
