Common use of Convenience of the Employee Clause in Contracts

Convenience of the Employee. With approval of the appropriate administrator, an employee may accumulate a maximum of one-half (1/2) of his/her accrued vacation days. In order to acquire permission to accumulate vacation, an employee must submit to the appropriate administrator the reason for the use of the accumulated vacation days.
