CONUS Obligation. Storage, Processing, transmission, retention, or other maintenance of Customer Data at rest and all backups shall occur solely in the continental United States of America. Vendor shall not allow Vendor personnel to store, Process, or retain Customer Data on any portable devices, including personal computers, tablets, or cell phones, except to the extent such devices are used and permanently stored or backed up at all times only in the continental United States of America.
