Controllers Rights. 8.1 Proofs of Compliance. Upon reasonable written request from the Controller and no more than once (1) a year, the Processor will provide the Controller, without undue delay, with (a) answers to a written security questionnaire provided by the Controller, or references to where information required under that questionnaire is available, (b) a description of the Processor’s technical and organizational practices in respect of the Processing of Personal Data, as necessary to assess compliance with this DPA.
