Controller Personal Data. The subject matter and duration of the Processing of the Controller Personal Data are set out in the Agreement, in Processor's Privacy Notice ("Privacy Notice") and this DPA. Rendering Services in the nature of a mobile app optimization and marketing, as detailed in the Agreement and the Privacy Notice. The categories of Data Subject to whom the Controller Personal Data relates to are as follows: Data Subjects who are end users of the Controller's web and mobile application services and/or visitors to website(s) on which advertising is placed on behalf of the Controller. The obligations and rights of Controller are set out in the Agreement and this DPA. Processor uses the most appropriate secure settings for its devices and software. Processor controls who has access to your data and services.

Controller Personal Data. The Processor shall only process Controller Personal Data for the purposes of the Order Form. The Processor shall not process, transfer, modify, amend or alter the Controller Personal Data or disclose or permit the disclosure of the Controller personal data to any third party other than in accordance with Controller’s documented instructions, unless processing is required by EU or Member State law to which Processor is subject. The Processor shall, to the extent permitted by such law, inform the Controller of that legal requirement before processing the Personal Data and comply with the Controller’s instructions to minimize, as much as possible, the scope of the disclosure.
Controller Personal Data any personal data which is shared or otherwise processed by the parties in connection with this agreement as independent controllers by GambleAware with the Supplier. Deliverables: any outputs of the Works to be provided by the Supplier to GambleAware as specified in a Statement of Work and any other documents, products and materials provided by the Supplier to GambleAware in relation to the Works (excluding the Supplier's Equipment). Intellectual Property Rights: patents, utility models, rights to inventions, copyright and neighbouring and related rights, moral rights, trademarks and service marks, business names and domain names, rights in get-up and trade dress, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off or unfair competition, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database rights, rights to use, and protect the confidentiality of, confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world.
