Controlled Substances Inventory. To the extent required by applicable Law or DEA regulations in context of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the Sellers will undertake and deliver to Buyer at each Store an inventory of “controlled substances” located at such Store, as close as practicable prior to the Effective Time.
