Control Testing. ESTABLISHMENT shall perform quality control testing in accordance with the Specifications for release of each Lot of Product to APOLLO. Quality control testing shall include testing associated with the production of the Product, including, but not limited to, incoming component and raw material testing, in process testing, and final release testing as agreed upon from time to time between APOLLO and ESTABLISHMENT.
