Common use of CONTROL PLAN Clause in Contracts

CONTROL PLAN. Owner agrees that with the exception of (a) the required additions to the Project set forth in Section 1.9, (b) insubstantial field changes to the location of buildings and infrastructure, and/or (c) and any further plan revisions agreed to in writing by all parties to this Agreement, Owner shall develop the Site exclusively as shown on the Conceptual Layout Plan attached as Exhibit G.
