CONTROL OF. PLAN ASSETS The assets of the Fund or evidence of ownership shall be held by the Trustee under the terms of the Plan and Trust Account. If the assets represent amounts transferred from another trustee or custodian under a former plan, the Trustee named hereunder shall not be responsible for the propriety of any investment under the former plan.
