Common use of Control of Issuer Clause in Contracts

Control of Issuer. So long as any of the Notes remain outstanding, the Seller will not (i) sell, pledge or otherwise transfer any of its membership interests in the Issuer or (ii) vote such beneficial interests in favor of any amendment to or alteration of the certificate of formation or limited liability company agreement of the Issuer.
