Common use of Control of Common Area Clause in Contracts

Control of Common Area. Landlord shall at all times have exclusive control of the Common Area. Subject to Para▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇.▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ll have the right, without the same constituting an actual or constructive eviction and without entitling Tenant to any abatement of rent, to close any part of the Common Area for any reason, eliminate from or add to the Project any land or improvement, make changes to the Common Area, remove unauthorized persons from the Project, and/or change the name or address of the Building or Project. Landlord shall have no obligation to provide guard services or other security measures for the benefit of the Project and Tenant assumes all responsibility for the protection of Tenant and Tenant's Agents from acts of third parties.
