Control of Work. Subcontractor is responsible for, and has control over, all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, procedures, and coordination of all portions of the Subcontract Work, unless the Contractor shall give specific written instruction concerning these matters. Subcontractor is responsible for, and has control over, all activities necessary to comply with the Safety Requirements. Subcontractor is fully responsible for, and has control over, all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, procedures and coordination of the Subcontract Work related to the performance of Subcontractor's employees and any other persons working in the area of the Subcontract Work. Subcontractor has no authority to act or make any agreements or representation on behalf of Contractor or Owner, and no contractual relationship exists between Subcontractor and Owner. No employee or agent engaged by Subcontractor shall be, or shall be deemed to be, an employee or agent of Contractor or Owner.

Control of Work. The Building Coordinator and the Contract Manager or his/her designee shall decide any and all questions which may arise as to the quality of acceptability of the work performed, the manner and rate of performance, interpretation of the specifications, and/or the acceptable fulfillment of the Contract by the Contractor. The Building Coordinator, Contract Inspector and the Contract Manager or his designee shall also direct the inspection/administration of the work and decide questions regarding compensation.
Control of Work. 5.1 Control and Coordination of Work DB Contractor shall be solely responsible for and have control over the construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, procedures and Site and Project Specific Locations safety and shall be solely responsible for coordinating all portions of the Work under the Contract Documents, subject, however, to all requirements contained in the Contract Documents.

As such and under this Agreement, Owner has delegated to Contractor the overall control and implementation of all aspects of the Work. Accordingly, Contractor will develop a Project Execution Plan as provided in Section 3.5(h) which will identify all necessary interfaces between Contractor and Owner to assure that each Party can adequately fulfill its respective responsibilities under this Agreement and the applicable regulatory requirements.
