Common use of Control Estimate Clause in Contracts

Control Estimate. 2.1 Where the Contract Sum is the Cost of the Work, plus the Contractor’s Fee without a Guaranteed Maximum Price pursuant to Section 3.3, the Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Owner a Control Estimate within 14 days of executing this Agreement.
