Contributions as of the Distribution Date. All contributions payable to the RemainCo Savings Plan with respect to employee and employer contributions for SpinCo Savings Plan Participants through the Distribution Date, determined in accordance with the terms and provisions of the RemainCo Savings Plan, ERISA and the Code, shall be paid to the RemainCo Savings Plan prior to the date of the asset transfer described in Section 4.1(b) of this Agreement.
